We were looking for an interior architect and what a gem we found. We are pleased to say that Henna Lehtinen is the newest member of team Agile Work.
Let’s get to know Henna.
Hi Henna, We are so happy to have you as part of our team. You have quite a bit of design experience. What have you done?
I have been working for the past few years as a project manager and a workspace specialist in the team of interior architects. I have about 15 years of experience in various design assignments in work environments, commercial spaces, learning environments and homes. The design of work environments has become the most important area of interest for me, because through it I feel I can influence the world in a positive and meaningful way.
What makes you excited about designing workplaces?
I want to be creating work environments that support people’s well-being at work in addition to the company’s strategic goals. I am interested in the human mind, human behavior and values. These issues are also an integral part of the work environment design process when it comes to creating a space entity to serve different people and different types of work tasks. I believe that the best work environments are designed by developing the space as well as new ways of working together with the users of the space. I am interested in the various stages of projects and the continuous development of efficient work. I’m curious to learn new things and that’s why I use the free time a lot of studying and deepening professional skills.
What makes you happy?
My free time is largely spent with family and friends. Nothing relaxes my mind as well as shoveling soil and planting flowers. Or alternatively, cooking together with family and friends.
How would you fancy working alongside Henna at Agile Work? We’re constantly looking for new skillful and nice people to join our team!
