10 years of facilitating change. Now, it’s our turn.

Workplaces aren't static, and neither are we. Over the last decade, we’ve watched the office evolve from a place you have to go, to a tool that needs to work for your people.

To meet this shift, we realized our brand needed to catch up with our mission. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary and look toward the next decade, we are proud to unveil the new Agile Work identity.

Why the change?

We’ve moved beyond traditional design. We are the bridge between hard data and human connection.

Our new look reflects our core philosophy: Evidence-Based Empathy. We believe that the best workplaces are built on facts but designed for feelings.

A new structure for a broader mission

We have grown beyond just "office design." While we have always worked across diverse sectors, we are now officially structuring our expertise into four distinct development tracks to better serve your specific needs:

  • Workplace: Future-proofing the office for hybrid work.

  • Real Estate: Turning buildings into strategic, profitable assets.

  • Service Environments: Designing human-centric experiences for public spaces.

  • Special Environments: Tackling complex, high-tech, or unique facilities.

What’s new?

We’ve embraced a visual language we call "Soft-Tech." It’s a shift away from rigid structures toward something more human, vibrant, and adaptive.

You’ll see this in our new fluid marker strokes and brighter color palette, which bring a sense of playfulness and spontaneity to our data-driven work. The identity is designed to be open to interpretation (much like the spaces we create) allowing us to communicate with equal clarity whether we are on a digital screen or in a physical built environment.

It is a system built for the messy, moving reality of modern work.

What stays the same?

Our promise to you remains unchanged. We are still dedicated to listening before solving, validating with data, and iterating for results. We just have a sharper look that matches the precision of the work we deliver.

Let’s Translate Your Brand into Space

We just went through the journey of aligning our space, strategy, and visual identity, so we know exactly how powerful it is when everything clicks.

Your physical environment is the most tangible expression of your brand. Whether you are re-strategizing your headquarters or launching a new service concept, we are here to ensure your space tells the right story.
