A key member of the Agile Work team for seven years, Ida Broms serves as Head of Design. In this role, she leads the design team, oversees complex project portfolios, and contributes to the company's strategic direction as a member of the steering group.

With a background in design, Ida specializes in workplace environments and real estate development. Her extensive track record includes serving as Lead Designer for the Bluefors project, which was awarded the "Workplace Deed of the Year" (Vuoden työympäristöteko). Her portfolio further includes international work with Volkswagen in Germany, and major real estate development and HQ projects for clients such as SRV, Visma, Lähitapiola, and Areim.

Currently pursuing an MBA, Ida actively applies her expanding expertise to optimize Agile Work’s internal processes. She views design primarily as a collaborative effort—a continuous dialogue between the team, external experts, and the client. Her working style is defined by clarity, systematic thinking, and a focus on long-term development.
