Future-Oriented Office Solutions in Helsinki’s Kamppi

Trigora is a modern office complex in Helsinki’s Kamppi district, designed by architect Pekka Helin. Comprising three interconnected towers, the building integrates seamlessly with the Kamppi Shopping Center, offering tenants excellent services and transportation connections. Colliers commissioned Agile Work to develop a future-oriented workplace concept that would enhance the property’s appeal and make the potential of the spaces visible at an early stage. The goal was to create inspiring and flexible solutions for a variety of tenants.

Inspiring Spatial Concepts Tailored for Tenants

Agile Work designed the Signature Collection for the project, featuring three distinct interior styles: Industrial, Nordic, and Fantasy. For each option, detailed material descriptions and visualizations were created, along with a sample box provided to tenants. Additionally, Agile Work developed three layout solutions: Room Office to support individual work and concentration, Agile Workplace for flexible team collaboration, and Clubhouse, an environment emphasizing community and informal encounters. This gave tenants concrete options for designing their spaces.

Virtual Workspace Tool to Assist Tenants’ Choices

To support the concept, a web-based interactive model was created, allowing future spaces to be explored virtually anytime and anywhere. Using the tool, tenants can compare layout options, switch between interior styles, and make their own selections. The model visualizes the potential of spaces whose value might not be immediately apparent and helps make more informed decisions. The virtual model also supports the post-lease phase, as it can be easily revisited after tours and presentations.
