A Collaborative Journey to a New Workplace
Pension insurance company Elo, together with Agile Work, implemented a comprehensive workplace concept enabling hybrid work at its Tapiola headquarters, covering about 500 employees and all teams. The project began by gathering employee insights through interviews and surveys, was deepened in workshops and vision sessions with management. The project was partly managed digitally through collaboration platforms, making it easy to access and comment on documents.


A Flexible and Efficient Office that Fosters Encounters
Elo wanted a versatile and flexible office space that supports participation, encounters, and strategic values. The solution elevated the acoustics and functionality of the premises to a new level, creating spaces for meetings of different sizes, collaboration areas, and quiet zones. Flexibility and space efficiency made it possible to give up an entire floor, resulting in significant savings in facility costs.
From Pilot to a Flexible and Modern Work Environment
The pilot space for the concept was opened for the entire staff, receiving plenty of positive feedback and helping to finalize the details. Agile Work managed construction and design coordination, produced revised documents, and carried the implementation forward step by step. The end result was a flexible, airy, and technically updated work environment, where the spaces continuously adapt to the evolving needs of the staff.
