A Classic and Modern Concept Through a Pilot
TEK’s workplace renewal was launched with a pilot project that tested and refined spatial solutions before a broader implementation. The goal was to create a classic, timeless, and modern environment that supports interaction and enhances both visitor and customer experience as part of TEK’s brand renewal. The result was a spatial concept that reflects the requirements of the new identity and serves both employees and visitors seamlessly.

Flexible Spaces and Shared Home Bases
Agile Work utilized feedback from the pilot to create a flexible work environment that combines shared spaces with dedicated team “home bases.” The material choices were high-quality, durable, and timeless, and the design of the spaces emphasized enabling encounters and collaboration. Through 3D models, employees were able to experience the spaces even before their physical completion, helping to bring the potential of the environment to life.
An Inclusive Process Shaped a Sustainable Outcome
The change process was accelerated by a simultaneous HVAC renovation, which provided the necessary push for development. The pilot space served as a practical testbed for ways of working, furniture, and work culture. Participatory methods such as interviews, Design Sprint workshops, and observation enabled precise validation of space needs and genuine employee engagement. As a result, the final environment became a concrete, modern, and sustainably designed whole.
