An international pharmaceutical company asked Agile Work to renew the work environment of its 45-person office to support growth, improve the functionality of the spaces, and increase comfort and a sense of community. The goal was a modern, cost-effective transformation that would retain the current good location and proceed in a controlled manner without burdening the client’s own organization. Agile Work was responsible for the project from needs assessment through to relocation, including design, landlord collaboration, and implementation.


At the initial stage, a participatory needs assessment was carried out with management and employees to define the objectives and constraints of the renewal. Based on these insights, a spatial concept was created that reflects the international brand and defines the technical quality level. The concept clarifies the framework for lease negotiations and supports both individual work and collaboration between teams, providing a functional, comfortable, and strategically aligned work environment.

A smooth and effortless process


The renewal was carried out within the existing building, enabling a flexible schedule and a disruption-free transition into the new spaces. Agile Work handled competitive tendering, procurement, site supervision, and coordination between different parties, ensuring the project progressed quickly and in a controlled manner without a sense of rush. The client’s own workload remained minimal, and clear communication kept all stakeholders informed.

Results you can see and feel


The end result provides a clear division between public and internal areas, improved acoustics, and modern, easy-to-use AV and IT solutions. A particular success is the kitchen and event space located at the center of the floor, which has become the heart of the office and encourages spontaneous interaction, increasing community and the flow of teamwork.


The project delivered clear, tangible benefits for the client: an effortless turnkey solution, cost efficiency through landlord collaboration, fast and controlled progress without unnecessary iterations, and a functional outcome that supports both individual work and a sense of community. The spaces combine practicality and comfort, offering a modern and flexible environment that serves the organization’s goals now and in the future.
