Creating a truly unique visitor experiences

At Nokia’s Headquarters in Espoo, the Executive Experience Center (EEC) serves as a dynamic hub for high-level guests to explore the brand’s latest innovations through interactive demos and immersive engagements. At its heart lies Nokia World – a space reimagined to reflect Nokia’s future and connect with its visitors on a deeper level. Agile Work, in collaboration with Noisy Studio, was invited to reinvent this experiential environment. The goal: create a modular presentation platform that supports daily operations, reflects Nokia’s refined brand values, and delivers a memorable, emotionally resonant experience.

Combining emotions and new experiential technologies

The concept revolved around building a “connected universe” that evokes both surprise and emotional connection. The result is a self-standing, modular environment composed of custom wall panels, technical floors, and a steel framework that seamlessly integrates advanced technologies. Designed to accommodate dynamic lighting, AR/VR features, and interactive displays, the space is both intuitive and functional. It also meets the highest structural and fire safety standards required for the facility. The outcome is not just an exhibition space—it’s an evolving platform for storytelling and innovation.

Seamless collaboration across Europe

The successful delivery of the renewed Nokia World was made possible through seamless cross-border collaboration. Agile Work (Finland) led the concept design and project management, Spanish partners handled technical design, while manufacturing was carried out in Poland. This unified effort brought together the best of European expertise, resulting in a sophisticated, emotionally compelling visitor journey that supports Nokia’s brand ambitions and redefines what an executive experience can be.
