Distinctive and Efficient Tenant Experience in a Modern Office Block

Kalasatama’s Trooli, a modern office block in Helsinki’s Teurastamo district, received a new approach to tenant experience development from LähiTapiola Real Estate Asset Management. Agile Work’s Flux model was implemented to support the leasing and real estate development process. The aim was to create a distinctive, cost-effective, and experiential tenant journey, where a digital twin expanded the previous model space across the entire floor, visualizing the potential of the space in advance.

Digital Tools Enhancing the Tenant Experience

The project utilized Flux service tools: 2D space layouts, Trooli Collection material collages, and a 5D interactive model. The 2D versions provided practical insights into space dimensions and layouts, while the 5D model enabled an interactive and experiential understanding of the spaces. This digital approach to presenting the property revealed tangible benefits for prospective tenants.

Modern, User-Friendly Model Showcases Spatial Potential

As a result, Trooli received a modern and innovative digital tool to support the tenant experience. LähiTapiola’s Head of Leasing, Karoliina Turppo, emphasized the model’s experiential nature and ease of use: “The model’s experiential quality and user-friendliness allow us to showcase the potential of our premises to prospective tenants.”
